🛍️ Eligible Products for Return

We accept returns for the following:

  • Men’s & Women’s Lowers / Pants

  • Jhumka, Earrings & Other Jewellery Items

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-returnable Products

To maintain hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Products damaged after use or returned without original packaging

  • Any item after 7 days of delivery .

📆 Return Time Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, email us at: support@tysifashion.com with your Order ID and product photos.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  1. We’ll notify you via email.

  2. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@tysifashion.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🎁 Gift Returns

If your item was received as a gift, we can issue a gift coupon of the same value upon successful return.
